Count devices that will connect at the same time
Basic may be enough for one phone. Plus covers two simultaneous devices, such as a phone and laptop. Premium covers three, and Elite is intended for up to five. Count concurrent connections rather than every device you own.
Confirm compatibility first: iOS 15+, Android 8+, 64-bit Windows 10 or 11, and macOS 12+ under the current published requirements. Open the installation guide before paying if any device is managed by a company or school.
Longer terms lower the monthly equivalent but charge the full term
Available selections may include monthly, quarterly, six-month, one-year, two-year and three-year terms. A longer term can display a lower monthly equivalent. That figure is for comparison; the amount due is the complete price of the selected term.
Do not choose a multi-year term solely because it has the smallest monthly equivalent when you have not yet tried the service on your own devices. A short term reduces commitment while you evaluate it; a long term lowers the equivalent price but requires a larger payment upfront.
