Wi-Fi needs a sign-in
Disconnect the VPN, complete the network sign-in page, and then reconnect.
Use the official TestFlight invitation, confirm that your iPhone runs iOS 15 or later and approve the system VPN configuration. The guide keeps the download and essential checks at the top.
iOS 15+ · Install with TestFlight
No jailbreak is required. Confirm the MosVPN name before installing.
Download the official app, sign in, and approve the system VPN request.
Open the official TestFlight invitation and install MosVPN.
Use your MosVPN account details.
Approve the iOS VPN configuration, then start the connection.
Verify the source network first, the MosVPN tunnel second, and the service you need last.
Disconnect the VPN, complete the network sign-in page, and then reconnect.
Keep one VPN profile active and do not remove a managed work profile without the administrator.
For the test, turn off Low Power Mode and enable automatic date and time.
Open the item that matches the message or behavior on your device; avoid changing several settings at once.
Update iOS and TestFlight first. During diagnosis, turn off Low Power Mode, set date and time automatically and confirm the Internet still works with MosVPN disconnected. A public Wi-Fi login page can also interrupt an existing tunnel.
Only one VPN configuration should be active during the test. Review the list under Settings, General, VPN & Device Management. Do not remove a school or company profile without asking its administrator, because that can affect email, certificates and work access.
Use the same phone, server and target service on Wi-Fi and then on mobile data. If only one network fails, record the operator, city and time. Change one setting at a time; reinstalling the app, switching servers and changing DNS together makes the result impossible to interpret.
TestFlight builds are available for a limited period set by Apple. If a build expires, open the current official invitation or MosVPN account instructions. Build availability and your paid account term are separate matters.
Open Settings, General and About to confirm the iOS version. MosVPN currently requires iOS 15 or later. A managed work phone, an older device or an existing organisation profile may prevent a new VPN configuration from being added.
Install from the official MosVPN TestFlight invitation. Confirm the app name before accepting it. Do not enter your Apple Account password on an unrelated page, and do not install a profile sent by an unknown account.
The current published requirement is iOS 15 or later. Check this page again before installing because application requirements can change with a new release.
Use the official TestFlight invitation shown on this page. Do not change your region or add a new payment method unless the official installation flow specifically requires it.
An existing VPN, device-management policy or organisation profile may restrict the change. Review VPN & Device Management and consult the administrator if it is a managed phone.
Disconnect MosVPN and confirm the base network works, then set date and time automatically, complete any Wi-Fi sign-in page and retest with only one VPN active.
Apple limits the testing period of each build. Use the current official invitation to obtain an available build; this is separate from the remaining term of your MosVPN account.

Check iOS compatibility, approve the system VPN request and verify your public IP after connecting.
